About Me
I am a certified coach supporting professionals in their career transitions and helping them find new possibilities and navigate through uncertainty. Change and transition have been present throughout my career, but I have always seen them as opportunities to learn and develop.
I want to use my skills and experience to help others help themselves. I became a coach after being coached myself during my own career transition phase a few years ago. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and on the path to obtaining their Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification. I am also a Licensed Firework Career Coach. I coach in English and Finnish.
In my earlier career, I worked in strategy and marketing positions in the global high-tech industry where I initiated and managed global marketing, communications, and change management programmes in Finland, the UK, and Singapore. Later in my career, I co-founded a company aimed at motivating experienced corporate professionals to acquire new skills through startup thinking and engaging in projects.
My experience has provided me with valuable knowledge and insights into the challenges and opportunities professionals face in today's changing work environment.
I am a lifelong learner and curious about almost everything. In addition to my Masters in Business, I have studied psychology, social sciences, writing, and digital design. This multidimensional background allows me to bring a holistic approach to coaching.
